are ther any out ther that "dont" ruin hair?> iv had the glued in ones, >my hair was one big matt when i took them out. for the past 2 years iv been getting them weaved in, but i want to try something new,, any suggestions? thanks

uhm i think the least damaging method is what you are doing currently.

cause the other methods are the glue. fussion i think this melts a synthetic strand to your hair not sure. and the crimping method which they say doesnt damage your hair but i think it would with the metal edges and the presure on the strands

theres a method using microrings and I hear thats pretty good as well.
