You can put them in with either hot or cold fusion. With hot fusion, you basically use hot glue to attach the strands to strands of your own hair. Cold fusion uses an adhesive that requires no heat, you can find it at any beauty supply store, just ask. The fusion method is great because it's the most natural (if done right) looking way to add length to your hair. I'd recommend having a stylist put them in, but it's usually pretty pricey. If you'd like to DIY, go for the cold fusion because it'll do the least damage to your hair.

satin strands hair from sally's does not generally get very good reviews, it does tend to tangle up rather quickly

I use Euronet clip in extensions. They are really good and super smooth (i got them from Sally's Beauty Supplies)

how to put them on:

section the back of your hair in a "u" shape.

Tease the roots of your hair

clip on the extensions to the teased hair.

super easy =)

i also used the euro net clip in extensions, i loved them, but they no longer match my hair color since i stopped dyeing it

Hair extensions are not worth it IMHO I had them done a few yrs ago, they were so heavy for my head got a sore scalp in the process .. Id rather have normal long hair like I have now but good luck anyways
