Hair Color & Highlights

I am going to get my hair highlighted for my birthday! Yay! I want a really cute and funky look. I thought about getting blonde on the top and then maybe a darker color underneath, but I can't seem to find any pictures that actually look like the look I want, and I have to take a picture to the girl I go to. So maybe you guys could help me!

I know what you're talking about! Nicole Richie used to have her hair like that on The Simple Life (first season I believe). Forbidden has her hair like that in the recent Playboy... Didn't Storm on Rockstar have her hair like that too?

You can also check for Christina Aguilera pics from her Xtina days... she did the light/dark look for awhile
