Grey hair

I went in to the salon yesterday to get my roots done... my hair is dyed a very dark brown (almost black) with chunks of light light blonde. But yesterday when she finished with my hair, the "blonde" part had turned a dull grey. She told me that my hair just turned that color from being bleached and she didn't know why. I think maybe she got some of the black dye on the blonde part when she was washing it out. Any opinions? Should I go back and complain, or should I just leave it? Do you think they will be able to fix it?

Prior to returning for a touch up, your highlights were blond. They changed to a greyish colour while you were in her salon. Regardless of whether your highlights turned grey from being bleached, she needs to redye your highlights to the appropriate colour. This was her error and she needs to correct it.
