Could you please recommend me good hair conditioner that contains only natural ingredients (doesn't have any artificial or synthetic ingredients like SLS etc) and is suitable for very damaged hair? I have tried coconut oil but it always makes my hair look greasy :-( Maybe I use too much...

Thank you in advance!!!

coconut oil (yes, it makes my hair greasy, but that's because i put too much

).

palm oil, which also acts as a natural sunscreen. i prefer coconut oil for the smell though.

i also have a sort of styling wax with coconut oil i bought in an african products shop. it's quite good, but it makes your hair greasy so my best advice is to put a good amount the night before you wash your hair, and just add a tiny bit after as a conditioner.

Pureology is a line that has good hair products - but they are pricey.

Pureology claims to be very natural but there are some preservative chemicals in their products so that they don't become rancid.

If coconut oil makes your hair type too greasy, try using coconut cream as a conditioner. The kind you would use for cooking curries (and not the reduced fat kind either.)

You would put it in the fridge so the water and "butter" solids separate. Pour out the watery part, and keep the solid coconut butter as a conditioner. This is different than the coconut oil, since this coconut butter is opaque pure snow white with other vitamins and nutrients, not a translucent oil solid at all.

I really like a mixture of honey (natural humectant), jojoba oil, and silicone-free conditioner. Mix this in a small bowl, heat in the microwave for about 15 sec's and bring it up with you to the shower. Shampoo, then put this mixture on, comb it through, and leave it on until the last minute, then rinse out thoroughly.
