My hair is naturally thin (as in each strand is thin, i'm not balding) which means it naturally just lies on top of my head at the roots, and with my natural wavy/curlyness gets volume further down by my ears. i'm looking for a thickening product i can put into the roots of my hair to so i get some volume on top. any suggestions?

i've been using john frieda's thickening blow dry spray, which worked kinda well the first time i used it, but now doesn't seem to do anything. has anyone used TIGI bed head cocky thickening paste?

Put some TreSemme 24hour body mouse through the crown of your hair when damp and blow dry upside down and side to side. When dry mist some 24hour body finishing hair spray through the hair and gather all of the hair at the top of your head. Clip or tie it there for about 15 minutes and it will settle with lifted roots.

i find the three best things for my hair are

MOP volumizing spray (if your hair is wet allready)

Johnthan (sp?) product Dirt (for dry but clean hair)

Rockstar Dry Shampoo either by bed head or TiGi i know they sell it at trade secrets (this is great if you have dirty hair)

they all really make your hair feel fick and full without it looking 80's style

Of you want some Dirt I have it, tried it a while back kind of weighed down my hair, let me know if you would like to try it!

My hair is naturally quite fine too, so for volume I really love CHI's Volume Booster. It also has the added bonus of making your hair quite shiny. I find you only need a couple of sprays right near the roots when you hair is towel dry, then blow dry it. It gives pretty incredible volume!

This is it:

It's quite expensive (but economical), but i've bought a L'oreal shampoo at my hairdresser. It's a pro shampoo called Volume Expand, in a green bottle. It gives you a great volume, especially if you blowdry your hair.

RUSK!

I have a friend who used their shampoo/conditioner and she has thin hair and I make fun of her bald spots as a result of this (yeah, I'm evil

) until she started using RUSK. It looked like she was wearing extension - super nice and thicker looking.

A few of my friends testify on this product.

Matrix Amp stuff is pretty good. Also, Rusk Thickr lotion.

I am always on a hunt for great volumizing products because my hair is long and I feel like it is flat and ugs. I have tried almost everything.

I got Big Sexy Hair's "Backcomb in a Bottle" recently, and the other night I used it and teased sections of my hair. ***I know teasing is HORRIBLE and should not be reccomended lol, but once in awhile it's ok I guess.Maybe for a big night out. But I had big ol Valley of the Dolls hair. I have been trying to get this for awhile, and of course I get it the bad way, but it worked! I kind of felt self conscious about it at first, damn my hair looked thick in the pictures :)

I've been using Got2B Fat-Tastic Instant Collagen Infused Mousse. I find this is the best product for my hair.
