Does anyone happen to know of a good hair product that i can put on my hair after it is dry and fixed that will smooth down those little fly away hairs without making my hair greasy?

I like StraightSexyHair's Smooth & Seal. It's an aerosol spray, so if you spray your brush, then comb it through from mid-way to ends, it should help without looking greasy. Its nice because since it is a spray, it's more controllable, and won' gunk up on you in spots. Just try to avoid the roots --- with anything... because it can be too heavy.
