Getting my hair done :)

I have this brown right now last time i got it done was september 2nd. so its been awhile the brown has faded and my blonde is coming through my ends are crappy from heat and so on.

And since its summer i like my hair lighter so im def going blonde.

this is what i had in mind. im not doing all blonde beacuse thats a long process and damaging so i want to do a dark blonde base color and then golden highlights every where to make it seem like im blonde but not all one color...

and i def going to trim the ends and im thinking of getting just layers in the front to frame my face beacuse my hair is just plain straight there is no movement to it =/ and i dont want to cut it short i want my hair to stay long.thats why im only layering the front

thanks and just to give an idea heres what i look like blonde i had platnum highlights before but im not doing platinum again it just gets dry.
