Found an awesome hair regime that makes my curls kick ass!

So, as all ya'll know, I've got pretty curly hair. I've usually just been content with whatever I could find that made my hair look semi-decent.

Well now I don't just except it LoL

Here's what I do, and maybe it can help ya'll out.

First I do when I get out of the shower is towel dry my hair. This includes flipping my head over and "scrunching" my hair with the towel. Without any products yet.

Next I take the Tresemme "Curl Care" mousse, and apply it all over with my head flipped over and then on the top of my hair.

Next I take a VERY small amount of just whatever gel (I use the cheap LA Looks gel) and apply it on the ends and just whereever.

Then I take the Pantene Pro V Curl Lock hairspray and I spray it in 4 different ways.

1. I spray it with my head flipped over. Scrunch.

2. I throw all my hair to the right and spray. Then scrunch.

3. I throw all my hair to the left. Spray. Scrunch.

4. They I flip my head up and spray the top of my head.

Sometimes I'll flip it back over and spray and/or scrunch again.

I generally let it air dry, but sometimes I'll blowdry it either with a diffusor, or on super low power and super low heat.

That sounds like what I do too! lol Except if I'm going for the 'really' curly (instead of just waves... which my hair is naturally) I skip the hairspray in the beginning, and scrunch unpside down (in the 4 directions) with a diffuser... then spray when it's done. (Pic in profile if you want to see the curly look)

Nice explanation though Ash!! I confuse things like you wouldn't believe when I try to!! lol

ooh i used to love the Tresseme Curl Care mousse. It made my waves/curls very bouncy! I might go back to it, but im trying out some other products now.

This is sooo weird, this is what i've been doing when I wear my hair curly. I just discovered it earlier last year. I use a leave in conditioning balm, tresseme curl CHEAP 3$ GREAT mouse! then average hairspray... ROCKS! I only spend 10.00 on my curl look, plus I dont even really do it that often. I like my hair straight better.
