I like using freeman's oatmeal and avacado clay mask and I also use globe spa fruits and passion purifying mask.

My very favorite mask is Arbonne's Thermal Fusion Enzyme Masque. I use it twice a week and it has significantly reduced my little lip lines and crow's feet. It is not like a traditional mask, in that it never turns hard or crusty, but it is similar to a mild acid peel. It contains botanical enzymes that are activated with a small amount of water.

It has also been incredible for my two sons who fight normal teenage acne. My skin has never had such a glow or been so smooth. And I have used plenty of products, including professional microdermabrasion and lactic acid peels.

I like Freeman masks, right now i am using the peel off, makes my skin smooth and soft!

I also like to make my own once in a while to nourish my skin with natural stuff: honey + plain yogurt + egg yolk =excellent homemade mask!

Another QHMJ lover! I also use a Neutrogena one, the Mask/Scrub, and I like that one a lot too. I have also used the aspirin mask (mixed with aloe vera gel) and that works also.

LOL @ Marisol's mask :icon_chee

Boots 3 minute mask

Queen Helene's Mint Julep

I guess I use a mask about once a week/once every two weeks. I love the way each tightens my skin and makes it looks fresh & clear.

LOL,..Marisol:icon_chee ,...

my fave mask is Kanebo....aloe and collagen:icon_smil

I also use Arbonne's Deep Pore Cleansing Masque on alternative days. Between the Thermal Fusion and the Deep Pore, the appearance of my skin has changed incredibly. Much smoother, no more fine lines, no more little blemishes, and smaller pores.

Hi greeneyedangel and all others!

O.K....this is only for the hardcore...

about twice a week I use a mask made of Pure Asorbic Acid (Vitamin C) Powder. You can get it at the Health Food Store. Just make sure it is pure, white powder, with nothing else in it. People usually buy it to put in their smoothies and stuff.

Gently splash face with warm water, put a little powder in your palm and and add water to make paste. It will already start to :icon_twis Sting:icon_twis a little!! Be Brave! Continue..Gently start applying to face. It helps to have a few GF's around as pain loves company...can you say OOOUUUch?...Keep going..obviously, if you face really start to hurt like heck and burn, rinse off immediately. It should be more like a Strong Tingle.

Wait until mask is dry, rinse with warm water, close pores with cool/cold water.

Wait 5 min. apply moisturizer. It is a GREAT free radical scavinger and will make your skin more plump and emollient and ready for your moisturizer.

I only do it about once every 2 weeks. Not for the faint of heart. It will not, however, burn your skin (it just feels like it). And is a good, low-budget alternative to salon peels.

In addition to this, I also get a twice a year piggy-bank breaking luxury Q.M.S.! (the only chemical line I use on my face, twice a year) facial in Austria at a spa.

Because I can't do that everyday, I love my Vitamin C.

Try It you'll...can you say OOOOUUCH??? ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

When using Queen Helene Mask, do you find difficult to get the mask out of the tube. Mine is very hard.

Yes, it seems to get hard at the halfway point, if you don't knead the tube with each usage(mixing). This assures that you are not removing too much liquid. It was so much easier when this product came in a jar! Try lying the tube on your countertop and keading it for a few minutes.

I have the QHMJ mask in the big jar so I dont know how hard it is to get it out of the tube.

I just found another great mask it's St.Ives Mineral Clay Firming Mask. Try it ladies you will LOVE it:clap.

I like Origins Clear Improvement Charcoal mask. It cleans pores very thoroughly. But of course before I use it I exfoliate with a scrub, steam my face for about 10 minutes and then I apply the mask.

:icon_smil Wow that sounds like it would really get rid of all the dead skin cells ontop of your skin! I am going to try it. Also the Vit. C is supposed to make your skin brighter. It would SURE save money to do this too!! I wonder though, I have a VIt. C powder that is buffered so it doesn't bother your stomach. It is a white powder and has 4,000 mg. of Vitamin C in one tsp. I wonder if it would work without the burning?? Or maybe because of the buffering stuff that stops the burning will stop it from doing the peel?? H-mm I will have to try it both ways and see if it works. Thank you for the Vit. C mask! I can't wait to try it. I use a glycolic mask that STINGS too but it works REALLY good so maybe it is the stinging that cleans the skin and the pores? Well, I will find out! I was wondering also what is Q.M.S. line of skin care. I haven't heard of it. Isn't that the way it always is, the one you like the best cost the most money!? I have a line that I LOVE but just ONE skin serum is $64 so I can only get some once in a while and I have to make sure I use it so I don't run out of things all at once. I am out of a few things now so I have to save up and get one at a time:icon_sad: again to replace them. But I will post how the vit c powder works, Thank you again SO much for the recipe for the mask! I am so excited to use it! Merry Christmas and happy holidays, have FUN!:icon_love Chermarie

:clap EXCELLENT!!!!!! I swear I LMAO! Come to think of it sometimes my glycolic mask feels like this, hahahahahaha! Too funny! I loved it!:icon_lol: Chermarie

My fave mask is from c.o. bigelo in bath and body works. Its a clay mask and its terrific.you can feel the crap come out of your skin:icon_cheewhen you have it on

:icon_smil Hello Lina! I haven't talked to you in a while! I noticed you changed your picture! How fun! I can't wait to put one on mine! Anyway, about the glycolic mask... I have been using the same one for years and it never fails and ALWAYS makes my skin so soft and smooth. The one I use comes in a BIG tub and is a pale blue and dries on the face. It also stings and tingles like the devil but IT WORKS so I figure it is worth it! It also gets all the gunk out of and off of your skin. It is by Serious Skin Care and you can get it either on their website (I think, seriousskincare.com) or get it on HSN.com. That big plastic jar lasts you a LONG time, I have been using the same jar for months! I think the price is in the twenties or less and sometimes they have a special where you get two for just a few dollars more than it costs for just one. AND you get a 30 day money back guarantee if you find it doesn't work for you. I have been using it all this time because it works, the price is good and one jar lasts quite a while, it is by far my FAVORITE mask that I could never do without! There are other companies that make glycolic masks, all different % of glycolic acid and different types. Definitely try one because they do improve your skin. But this is the one I always use and really like. Be aware that glycolic acid does tingle or sting a bit or it isn't working, just so you are prepared and not surprised by the feel! Give it a try! happy holidays, talk to you soon sweetie!:icon_love Chermarie

:icon_roll H-mmm I remember when it used to come in the jars and when it would start to get hard I would add just a little water to it, stir it or poke some hole in it depending on how hard it was and close the jar tight and let the water absorb. If you needed to you could add a little more when you opened it and stir and use. I am wondering if maybe you could do the same with the tube???Maybe you could find a straw or dropper that would fit in the hole in the top and put some water in and then kind of do the same. put the water in and close the lid and massage it on the counter with the lid closed tight... then repeat if you need and you can leave overnight so the water mixes. I know it used to work with the jar and maybe it would work with the tube if you could get some water in it. Maybe you could even pour a little in with a small (like perfume size) funnel. At least then you wouldn't have to waste the tube. Well, I hope it works. Good luck and hopefully you can salvage your mask! happy holidays!:icon_bigg Chermarie
