Eye Shadow Sticks

Hi, I was wondering everyone's thoughts on eye shadow sticks. What brand work the best? What shades work the best? Are there any hacks that I should know about? I am thinking about switching over to them because they seem easy to apply. Thanks

I've used a few eyeshadow sticks and they are great especially if you're starting out and/or want a precise design. I think the shades that would work best would depend on your undertone and what colours work best on YOU. That being said what would look gorgeous and beautiful on one person would look draining and non-complimentary on another. It's all about finding the colours that flatter you and your undertone.

I wouldn't say there are any real hacks to know about shadow sticks though I would say that it's really handy that you don't need any other tool to apply. Another great thing is that they are portable and versatile and as mentioned above amazing for beginners.

I've used a few eyeshadow sticks but haven't found one that really stands out or is by far my favourite. However, if I do find a brand that I am head over heels for I will definitely let you know.

Oh nice! Which brands have you tried out if you don't mind me asking? I currently have some some from ShadowSene by SceneGence and a few colours from Maybelline Color Strike and I really like them both. The ShadowSene is more liquidy but also easy to apply and the Maybelline is more of a powder that you apply but both work great but for some reason I kind of want to find a product that more of a cream type product, which is why I haven't found one that is exactly what I'm looking for.
