Do you use your GHD straightener everyday?

I'm in love with my GHD and tempt to use it everyday to keep my hair smooth and straight. I use heat protection spray before i use the ghd but i still worry that in the long term my hair will become dry and broken. Have any of you keep using it frequently and don't find your hair damaged or dry? Any comment is very much appreciated.

i used to use mine a lot (not so much anymore), but i always just made sure to use a deep conditioner once a week or as often as i thought i needed.

I also use hair mask once a week to assure that my hair is not over cooked by the GHD. THanks for your comment Jenny, you are such a sweetheart

SO was your hair straight during the week? after i wash my hair, it becomes not straight and sleek any more, therefore i tempted to used the straightener after every time i wash my hair hehe... otherwise i just use a hair band to tie it up.

I would recommend using it as little as possible. I'm sure even though you're using a heat protectant, you'll still cause some sense of damage in the long run. However, Jennifer is right in the fact that a deep conditioner once a week should help to minimize damage even further.

i'll try to resist using it very often. And How is your moving house going? I don't see you around as much as before Aquilah. I hope everything going well with you.
