All of you have such great skin! I have it worse and I don't even wear foundation lol!

Aliana...good for you that you are so confident to not wear foundation :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />. i actually went out the other day to have my nails done with no makeup on! and my i even ended up giving out my makeup card even with just my glasses on! i don't think that would have happened even in the recent past :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I've heard a lot of great benefits from taking Collidal Silver... I'm going to have to ask my brother, he's a Chiropractor and really into vitamins and supplements instead of meds. Thanks for reminding me about this stuff!!

Amy...for sure! I have been taking it for suspected Lyme (my insurance is having trouble testing me), and i swear to you where I head optic nerve thinning in both of my eyes two months ago, it is completely gone my vision is perfect :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> but yes there are many benefits other than for lyme as well...it's helped my skin and energy level so much too.

I heard that the colloidal silver is great to boost up immune system and prevent cold and flu. This is the first time I hear it is good for the skin... going to look into that, sounds great!

^^ I really like your eyes :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I'm debating if I should post mine or not... I'm way insecure about how I look without makeup!!!  But I also want some good tips on how to fix issues!!!

Okay... here we go. Any tips of how to make my skin all one color would rock LOL

Ha! Thanks. I really don't feel like it at all. I feel so frumpy without makeup. I just think my skin should be a little more even, even before I put on the makeup. I dunno... I just haven't found an amazing foundation yet either :/

The only thing you can do to help with your skin mildly is a plain yogurt mask, and if you have no sensitivity and want a little extra oomph you can add honey. then apply for 20 mins. the yogurt kills bacteria and eats dead skin cells (so you don't abrasively exfoliate and it helps reduce redness) and the honey eats bacteria and nourishes/hydrates skin. you can do this mask 2-3 times a week if you want to.

I wouldn't call it confidence but I rather have no foundation than a bad foundation. When I find a perfect one, I'll wear it all the time lol. I've found a good under eye concealer and I never leave home without it! So until then, people will just have to look at my blotchy red cheeks :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Oh sweet thanks! So this would help even it out and make it better?

Actually, unpasteurized honey is a natural antiseptic and antibacterial. Honey that has been pasteurized has lost some of it's antiseptic and antibacterial properties since the process kills everything off. So if you're going to use honey in a cosmetic routine make sure it's unpasteurized. Some labels won't mention if it has been or not so best place to get it is a health food store or a local farmer's market.

Xina I think you look heavenly...not much makeup is required for you

Ok so I just very recently had the confidence to take a photo with no makeup and post on makeup talk.

Now I am the type of girl who doesn't go the grocery store without at bare minimum:

Foundation

Powder

Highlight/Contour

Brows

Mascara

Blush

Gloss
