I am in need of a S&C that is for hilights. I'm getting some Thurs. and I can't get it done for over 6 weeks so I need to make it last. Is there something that any of you have tried that worked? d/s or salon either one would be great! My hilights are going to be a lighter blonde. Any advice or recs would be appreciated! TIA!!
