Heeeelp !!

I ran out of conditioner. As much as i love leave in conditioners, i just prefer to apply one in the shower, wait and rinse.

I thought i found my dream conditioner in C is for Shine from Yes To Carrots, big bottle that lasted for 6 months, ideal ingredients list with minimal content of cones, nice scent, smoothed and didn't weigh down my hair.

I went to 4 sephora stores only to see either a/ they didn't carry the brand any longer b/they removed shelves to place their gift wrapping table instead. So after i decide to order and pay outrageous shipping costs on the online store, they're unavailable ! Despite good reviews and the products still being listed, they don't have it anymore !

So i went to the supermarket and bought a l'oreal elseve instead, one with "nutrileum" to smooth dry hair. It's great in the sense my lengths stay smooth even with humidity in the air and it protects them while i blowdry. BUT, it weighs my hair down, and it greases it too ! I should have known, never had any success with that brand yet i still try something from it.

So i hate Pantene, Herbal Essence conditioners are very hard to find, I've had enough Garnier Ultra Doux shampoos i cannot stand anything from that brand anymore, and i don't want one packed with silicones.

Well I really swear by Redken All Soft Heavy Cream.Ive been using it yrs, N it the best deep conditioner ever.U can either do a deep mask one a week with it or as a daily conditioner in a little amount.

they have that carrots brand at walgreens. Do you have one where your are at?

While I agree with Bronze that Redken All Soft Heavy cream is superb, I do think it would add too much weight to your fine hair. It contains pure avacado oil which some find to be a bit heavy. For my clients with fine hair I tend to have the most success with KMS Silk sheen conditioner. It's designed for those with fine hair, cone free and adds just enough conditioning...as an added bonus its great for static fly aways.

I have fine hair and use Redkens All Soft Heavy Cream as a masque, on occasion if my hair is really dry I will use it as a conditioner as well. I don't find it to be too heavy on my hair, and it makes it realllllllly soft and smooth.

I use AG light conditioner, it's for light coloured hair but I also have super fine hair and it doesn't weigh it down. I really love it!

I will check out those products, thanks !!

Avocado and Mayonnaise are used as best conditioner. For getting beautiful silky and shiny hair you can go for various homemade conditioner.

I found a website selling KMS, so let me finish that conditioner (as much as i don't like it, i hate waste), and i'll get it. Thanks !!

Elke Von Freudenberg also mentioned the Redken products for winter haircare, it will be my second choice.

Cholesterol is the best conditioner I have found. Find it at Sallys Beauty Supply or any other beauty store. There is I think 4 different kinds so you can choose the type that is right for your hair. It wont weigh your hair down and leaves it sliky and shinny. Smells great too.

Nature Girl's Lavender-something conditioner is extremely lightweight - almost runny lotionlike - too light for my hair, but it's the best for detangling and it smoothes hair nicely. It's also 'cone-free.

Dove is amazing! It conditions, while being lightweight. They do have a lightweight formula for thin hair, but I think that all of them work really well for that. I have really long hair, and it's thin so it gets weighed down really easily!

I don't like Pantene either. It totally weighs my wig down.
