Coloring hair again.

i dyed my hair a few mths ago. i had planned on just highlighting it but it came out bleach blonde so i had to dye it a dark brown color to counteract with it, & it ended up being this dark blonde i have now.

anyways, my roots are coming in & i need to do something with it..should i try a highlighting kit again or get some dye? will my brown roots turn out darker than the rest of my hair if i dye it like a dark blonde color ? sorry if i'm confusing! lol you can tell my hair game is completely clueless.. .

I don't see why you couldn't use the highlighting kit again, just keep an eye on it during the process. You can stop it before it gets to light. If you use a protein filler you shouldn't have any problems with splotchiness or different colored roots.
