I want to get a chi straightener when i get the money, but i dont know like which version to get? they have the new colorful ones or the regular or turbo or pink ones! do they all work the same or different, and which ones are the best at keeping hair like pin straight and last the longest in durability? i want to get my moneys worth! please any suggestions!

i bought the sedu and i love it ,it makes your hair PIN straight for 3 days or more , i bought it @ folica.com

As far as I know, they're all the same except in different colors... Check out Folica.com to see if there's a difference. I need a straightening iron myself, but I'm almsot debating on a Sedu since it seems to have more rave reviews

Okay, I'm really trying to decide whether to spend beaucoup bucks on a new flat iron. I keep hearing that you really need to use a "good" iron in order to protect your hair.

I had my hair thermally reconditioned about 5 months ago and it's still stick straight except for the new growth. The ends are pretty dry and damaged looking when I let it dry naturally, but if I touch them up with a flat iron and curve them under, they look pretty good.

I have an inexpensive Jilbere iron from Sally that I've been using on the ends, but it's a bit too wide to get to the new growth, so I need a narrower one.

Can someone convince me why I need to spend a fortune on a "good" one rather than just go with a narrower Jilbere?

Thanks!

Ive been doing hair for 16 yrs.....I tell all my clients all you need is the 1 inch....you dont need the turbo.

1 inch does all the work beautifully! Most hairdressers prefer the CHI
