CHI Silk Infusion

i got the CHI Silk Infusion when i purchased my CHI hair straightener .. when do i use it? before i start straightening it? or before i blow dry it? i also use biosilk silk therapy.. what i usually do is.. i comb my hair out put a tiny amount of silk therapy then when its dry i put on the chi silk infusion and then a tiny bit more of the biosilk but idk if im doing it right

I don't really use the biosilk, but when I use the CHI - I usually put it on damp hair. Just a tiny dab --- applied mainly on the ends

I don't have a chi straightner, but I have the Jilbere de paris Tourmaline... When I went to the salon to get my hair cut she used Chi Silk infusion on my hair mixed with a little Redken Align. I have been using a little of it mixed together, but I think I'm putting on too much of the chi. Does anyone know how much to use without getting the greasy look? Also what exactly does the silk infusion do for your hair?? She never explained it to me so I just use it sometimes not even knowing what it's for. I assumed shine, but does it do more?

I use it but not b/c I straighten. My hair is very long and I use a dime size amount for the bottom half of my hair only. It really helps with any dryness and does add incredible shine.

I get better results with the Silk Infusion when I put it on my damp hair. It comes out alot softer after i blow dry it. I use biosilk after I style my hair

and you can put alot of the silk infusion with out it getting all oily and gross.. with biosilk it tends to get greasy.

I use silk therapy on my totally dry hair. It tames the frizzies and smoothes me out.

I haven't used it but I heard it's good. I've used the one by citreshine and love it.

I ususally use the Silk Infusion after blow-drying and before straightening it out. I find that it helps the iron to smooth out the hair and leaves it sooo soft too.
