Can you help me with hair vitamins?

I am wanting to get some of the GNC hair skin & nails vitamins. Is it the one in the purple that says Women's hair, skin& nails formula 60 in a bottle for 9.99?

there are 3 things to look for silica, bioten and Omega 3,6,9. I take mine separately because in a vitamin formula you normally get trace amount.s

My husband went to walmart and they had some one source hair skin and nails vitamins on sale. I really want the ones from GNC but I will take those then get the GNC. Has anyone took the One Source? I know it doesn't have nearly the same amount of Biotin in them so I guess I will have to keep taking my Biotin along with the new ones.

if looking for a vitamin for hair growth i would instead of getting one that is specifficly formulated for hair growth get one for total body health. cause when your body is healthy than you will be growing more hair. cuase those vitamins are in no way tested or proven to make your hair grow faster.

Yeah I had thought about getting a multivitamin but didn't. I guess I should maybe look into one of those. Are there any better than others or any % I should be looking for?
