Sorry if this is in the wrong area, I'm new xp

Hello,

Sorry for bothering you guys, but I have a few questions.

The first set of questions is for hair...

1. How can I get my hair like Uruha, from The Gazette?

Please don't say just tease it and spray, that doesn't work.

2. My hair for some odd reason can't hold with any hairspray. The hairspray will hold for about 15minutes the most, but I tried every brand I know, and it doesn't hold my hair for any longer then 20 minutes the most. What should I do?

The second set of question is about make-up...

1. In your opinion which brand has good liquid eyeliner? I'm trying to do visual Kei, but my liquid eyeliner takes way too long to dry, and it isn't the greatest. I'm trying to acheive this look...

I already know how to do the look, BUT, my liquid eyeliner isn't the best.

Thank you for your future help :]

Well, I can answer the hair part, Paul Mitchell's Freeze and Shine, it will definitely hold, that hairstyle can be done using a texturizing wax and holding spray

I can't answer the hair part, but with the liner, I would try MAC Fluidlines or Stila Smudgpots. They are gel liners and you use a firm, thin, slanted brush (like MAC 208) to apply it. It's great for precision and long-lasting lining.

About the hair, I think a lot of it depends on your cut too. She has lots of layers, so it is easier for the hairspray to keep her hair up.

As for the eyeliner, I agree, try a gel liner. If you really want a liquid one, I like the loreal lineur intense with the felt tip.

Uruha has light, fine hair that has been razored, layered, thinned, texturised and then bouffed up and styled. She's obviously used a lot of product and put a lot of time and effort in. I'm afraid if you have the wrong haircut/hair type, you won't be able to achieve this look. It will also require plenty of practice, patience, and trimming, and maintenance, as you'll need to add dimension to the style by getting highlights. Uruha has light bangs, shaggy, short layers, bleach blonde highlights, and chin length pieces surrounding her face.

As for the actual styling phase, this look will require practice, plenty of trial and error, and much more product than you seem to be using [i'm sorry, but hair spray is for finishing, it won't give enough hold for this sort of style.]. Buy texturising wax, gel, and any other product that will provide texture and hold, and keep trying. Run your product through your hair whilst blow drying your hair straight, and perfect and shape it afterwards with the wax, or by reactivating your gel with a spray of water, and finish with spray for extra hold.

What works for you as far as this style goes, will all on your hair type and the initial styling, so I'm afraid there will be quite a bit of trial and error involved. Just make sure you focus on separating individual locks of hair, and keeping the look straight and jagged. The more hair you have, the harder the styling phase may be, and the bouffier the result: if it appears too big for you, you'll have to get your hair thinned more. Don't be afraid of amping up the volume and height, or spiking up the top layers of hair. Remember to draw the top layers forward, from the crown towards your face, as shown in the picture of Uruha.

try watching the style council videos on youtube, search style council make up or something, maybe they will help, teaches visual kei hair and make up
