Brown the new blonde?

I was having a discussion with a few mates over the weekend about people who was pretty and why anyway a male friend said that brown hair n brown eyes was the new blonde, for men.

What do you guys think?

Im blonde myself and was tempted to go brown cus it does seem to be the in thing at the moment

but is that saying true?

well I've always liked brown hair myself, but I'm a natural brunette! LOL.

I do think that maybe blonde as 'hot' is seen as being overdone, being too obvious, so brunette has become more fashionable, but I think there will always be men that find blonde attractive, just like there will always be guys that like dark hair even if it isn't fashionable.

I would say only go brown if you know it will suit you - you might look better blonde, in which case it'd be better to stay that way, does that make sense?

I wouldn't go brunette just because it's the new blonde. I'm a natural brunette and you couldn't pay me to go blonde any day, whether it's the style or not. I like my hair the way it is becuase its me.

Yeah, brunette hair is really "in" now. lol. But blonde will always be hot. lol. Just find someone who likes you for you rather than changing yourself! Unless you yourself really want to try being a brunette.

Totally agree with Pinksugar. If you'd be fabulous in brunette then go for it. If your more natural looking as a blonde I wouldn't change a thing

Another thing to consider is if you are a natural blonde the up keep would be tiresome as your light roots would show up pretty quickly against a dark brunette shade.

I dunno if it is in now or not, but it does seem lately like women are dying their hair darker instead of lighter, i have been blonde and brunette, honestly havent really seen a difference, i find that men like women no matter what the color of their hair is, they just like women lol.

IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE PERSON! Yes brunette has been more popular in the last couple of years, but that doesn't mean everybody looks good doing it.

I also wonder how old this guy is. The majority of men find women attractive period. Unless this is some new development. There may be some men that are more attracted to a certain hair color or eye color but for the most part they are just plain attracted to women. I couldn't imagine sitting in a group of women discussing the next color of mens hair we would be most attracted to next. Bald is the new blonde! Well only baldies for me

But seriously. Be true to yourself. Sometimes some of the worst looks come from trying too hard. Find what fits best, what makes you glow and stick with it. It turns heads and gets you noticed because it's your signature look. Not 200 other girls all clamoring to do the same thing. And hey, brunette on you may be absolutely fabulous. I'm a natural brunette, but i do confess to dying my hair a darker shade lately. I love my dark brunette hair, but that's just me. Even when the sexy in was blonde, I was in love with brown.

I'm a natural blonde and I love dying my hair coffee brown with Robert Craig Products. I don't see myself going back to my roots any time soon.
