Ohh guys I feel soooo bad I don't use a body scrub!!! Do you think I should use? My skin is normal not dry at all in any place and I think I don't need one!

I don't have a body scrub right now, but I'd like one. Maybe I'll check it out soon. How often do you use a body scrub? Have you tried the Body Shops scrubs?

I have used other scrubs where I nearly broke my neck because of the oil.

I just bought a scrub from Carols Daughter in Ocean Sea. It smells so good. It has been my favorite of any kind I have tried so far.

I don't use Body Scrubs, but I might just have to start.

Marisol, thanks for sharing about the potential for stain with Pomegranite.....I just bought some!!

I use one from cleanse your soul called a behemoth scrub. It's a brown sugar scrub that isn't oily and exfoliates great. I love the idea of making and using up some of my own stuff, though.

i read somewhere that if you mix olive oil with sugar together

to make a paste, it works well. you can even use brown sugar

or sea salt. i never tried it, but you never know it could work

out well.

i use plain baking soda mixed with my bodywash and that works

well for me. just make sure that you don't scrub to aggressively.

it could irritate your skin.

It depends I usually use a different one every time, I love The Body Shop ones and the good ol' homemade brown sugar scrub works well.

I use scrab from B&B never made my own. thanks for sharing your tips...girls...I am gone try to make my own..since it's cheaper..

I am in love with neutrogenas body scrub in the green tub. It works really well and smells oh so good. I can't keep my hands off my legs/arms after using this stuff.

I've tried a ton of scrubs (I scrub once a day with a gentle one and once a week with something scrubier). My all time favorite are Isle of Eden scrubs that you can get online. This store always has some sort of sale going on. You can choose from more than hundred different scents or make you own. I always need to have a least 3 or 4 scrubs in my shower and I rotate depending on my mood. Right now, I'm on a Buttercream mode. The sugary smell kills my craving for food! ARGGG

*I'm not affiliated btw*
