I got some Biolage hydrating shampoo and balm today. Is it any good? I tried searching the forum for it,but the search isn't working for me for some reason. If there is already a thread on this please direct me to it. my hair is neck length, thick, and dry. i'm trying to grow it out.

I have heard good things about this shampoo that works really well.I have not used it myself.Just to let you know I jut tried some Ojon products they work really well on my hair I have thirsty dry hair the have it in Sephora.

Thanks for the rec. we don't have a sephora or any big stores here. the nearest one is 2 hrs away. I'm going there soon and hope to go to sephora and mac. I've never been to either. If I don't make it to the mall though I can order online. How much does it cost? What would you suggest as far as conditioner and such?

The Shampoo and conditioner the styling paste with styling creme makes my hair really soft.It smells like cocoa its a product from Central America.Go on Youtube and they have videos on it.just type Ojon.

I Love , love Biolage. I use the volumizing shampoo and the detangler conditioner. That gives a light condition but makes my hair so silky and the comb slips right through it. My hair is to the top of my butt so tangles are always a problem but this makes it so much easier. My daughter uses the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and I can tell you that her hair is beautiful. Very soft and shiny. I also use their leave in treatment on occasion.

I didn't know that they had any leave in treatments, but I don't know a lot about their products. I have used the color care, but stopped because I no longer have colored hair. I do use the finishing spritz which is great. I did try thr hydrating last night and so far I really like it. Do they have anything for the flyaways....I guess it's more static. I need to go look and see what all they have.

I use Biolage and I really like it.

I hate static....the winter is bad......I just use static guard.

I never thought about that, but I did got get some biolage smoothing shine milk. Is this good?

I use to be a hardcore Biolage user until I realized that it was the cause of the build up in my hair. I no longer use it.

I was looking at some shampoo called haelthy sexy hair soy milk I think that is what it was called, but didn't know how good it was and had never heard of it so I passed on it, and now i'm thinking of going back for it.

I do like that line a lot. Do a search on the hair forum. A lot of us liked that product.

You can always try it and if you dont like it or it doesnt work for you, then return it.

Yeah I went and got it. They have a 14 day return policy. I'm going to give it a try tonight and see how I like it. I did try out oatmeal & honey by catwalk I didn't care for it so I returned it, they weren't happy but oh well.

Let us know if it works for you

yeah I was thinking about that too....lol I just tried it, so far I like it but it's still wet.

I absolutely swear by Biolage. My hair is down to my waste and very healthy. I attribute that to regular trims and my Biolage conditioning balm!!! I know one of the ladies says it causes buildup but I have never used a great shampoo/conditioner that doesnt. I use a cleansing shampoo once a week to remove that buildup. I do LOVE and SWEAR by my Biolage

This may sound weird but I tried that shampoo before and it made my hair and scalp feel dirty and itchy. It stopped when I quit using it.
