I've just taken up swimming as part of my muscular rehab and its wreacking havoc with my hair. I have very long dyed hair and when I go swimming it makes my hair so so dry - I'm scared to brush it!
I normally use Neutrogena Clean shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair, with Trevor Sorbie's Straight shampoo and conditioner if I am going to straighten my hair. It keeps my colour wonferfully but doesn't seem to get the chlorine out of my hair or put enough condition back in.
Any recommendations are welcome, though I am allergic to some brands - L'oreal Elvive and Tresemme spring to mind!
