I dampened my face with warm water and then scooped baking soda into my palms. I then rubbed my entire face with the baking soda, adding more moisture as needed. Finally, I rinsed with more soothing warm water and washed my face as normal. My skin glowed today. I will do this a couple of times a week now.

I've been doing to baking soda/apple cider vinegar combo for about a month now, and it's great! And yes, it's DIRT CHEAP!! I exfoliate with baking soda and then tone with apple cider vinegar. Nothing has worked better!!

OOOH! If you ever find a recipe for something like that let me know! You're right, that recipe I can definitely use! I hate to be out of the loop!

How do you use this Malinda? Can you explain the steps to me, I would love to try it! :icon_lol:

you HAVE TO make sure you use what the directions tell you to use. just because it's going on your face instead of in your mouth doesn't mean it won't be harmful and hurt you!

Isn't it the greatest!! It's so inexpensive and really works(natural salicytic acid, buy the uncoated low mg). Heres another cheap cure that I saw on "The View" last week--using baking soda as an exfoliant. It's great because it's inexpensive and doesn't harm your skin. Simply wet your hands pour some into palms and massage your face(can be used on other body areas also). You really don't have to worry about going overboard because it dissolves as you use it!! Baking soda works for so many things, I keep a large container on hand at all times.

when i am really busy i just take 2 aspirins add some water and just rub in my face by exfoliating and add my face wash to it.
