I think they're just slightly layered cuts at the bottom, and then flipped up with rollers or a curling iron. You could say it's "The Rachel," but it's not so much IMHO.

I think they are great cuts! Some look like "the Rachel" (bob-shag combo). Others just look like long, blunt "bobs".

i agree the rachel i had that cut once and didnt like it on me at all it was unruley i didnt like the flip that you couldnt tame but i thought it look cute on other's
