What is your favorite LUSH shampoo (and conditioner), and why (aside from the fragrance, though feel free to comment thoroughly upon that, too)?

From their shampoo and conditioner collection I have tried:

Sylvia Cynthia Stout shampoo, which I love because it makes my hair really clean and doesn't dry it;

American Cream - don't like it as conditioner, because it doesn't do much for my hair, but smells delicious and the vanilla scent stays on the hair at least 4 days.

Big shampoo - would recommend it only if your hair is greasy, as it is very drying. It does give the promised big hair though.

H'Suan Wen Hua - very good, much better conditioner than American cream

I have yet to try solid shampoos

I've just discovered this brand, and love it! So far, I've only tried one hair product, their solid hair conditioner bar called Jungle, and I really like it. I love the scent, it's so fresh and green, like freshly cut grass. And it makes my hair nice and soft.

And it makes my hair nice and soft. How does one use a solid conditioner effectively? I can't imagine it, which is what has kept me from buying any of the solid conditioners (and shampoos, really). I guess what I am saying is, I can't envision a solid conditioner being all that conditioning. lol
I've tried:

BIG

veganese

american cream

When I started using BIG followed up with veganese, my hair looked like a pantene commercial b/c it looked so shiny, and that was with it being curly, not straight! The american cream smells great, but the veganese works better on my hair b/c it is so easily weighed down. The salesgirl told me to use BIG only 2-3x/week, though for me, it's probably going to be best if i use it only once every 1-2 weeks. I'd really love to get daddyo & wish I'd bought it when I was in the store while in NYC.

I use Trichiomania shampoo bar which works well on my dry hair and leaves it smelling great! Conditioner-wise I like to alternate between American Cream, Jungle and Coolaulin, as I love them all! American Cream has a lovely sugary cocktail smell, and leaves my hair soft and smooth, Coolaulin is not quite as conditioning nor nice smelling, but it does leave my hair really shiny! Jungle is probably my favourite though, very unique smell and my hair is so calm and smooth after using it. I got given a sample of the conditioning bar Godiva yesterday which I have yet to try, will let you know how it goes

For those who are wondering how to use a conditioning bar effectively, I like to leave my bar of Jungle on my shower floor whilst shampooing, or in the bath, so that when I need to use it, the hot water has heated it up for a few minutes and it's melted slightly to a softer and easier to use consistency. HTH. Also, don't use Jungle if you ever decide to have a cold shower (which I occasionally do) as it contains cocoa butter which will solidify in your hair when under cold water

I want to place an order, but the Jungle Hair conditioner is out of stock. I am trying to place a fairly large one, as it is a better break on the s&h expense, but I am running low on shampoo. Of course, as soon as I relent and place the order, the Jungle Hair conditioner will be in stock again!

I recently stumbled across a LUSH store in Dallas and i'm so in love with their stuff. I have been using the New shampoo bar with clove and cinnamon and I love the way it smells and feels. It's amazing how much lather comes from it by just barely wetting and rubbing it on my head. We also have the Ultimate Shine shampoo bar which smells great but I haven't used it yet b/c i'm so infatuated at the moment with the other one.

I don't have a store in my state!

I ended up placing an order on Sunday (fairly large one) and now it is on its way via UPS. Some of the items, I know I will like, some (most?

) will be a first try. I have faith I will at least like the products, if not love them. I was quite taken with most of everything I bought while in NYC.

Isn't it just lovely to be waiting for packages in the mail? Kind of reminds me the thrill of getting all new school supplies

I am going a little crazy waiting for them though!! I was hoping they would come in today but they haven't so I am guessing it still might be a day or two judging by the tracking.
