I only had 6 Zoyas....until now. Last night I took advantage of the bogo. I got Dannii, Skylar, Suri, FeiFei, Drew, Holly, Tru & Song. Between Zoya & Julep, my nail polish addiction is in full swing!

I just doubled the # of nail polishes I have.  Seriously.

Guess this means, I'll be doing my own manis this fall/winter instead of at the salon.

It was so hard to narrow it down and I really want to try Fei Fei too.  

I think I'll set up an account for my Mom and then the next time there is a sale I'll buy her some and me some too.  Win/win.

I've been having better luck with my nail polish staying on longer without chipping and tip wear due to using a base coat, thanks for all your help, ladies.  I just feel so much more ladylike and polished (lol) when my nails are pretty.

The excuse I used for a long time was that it was cheaper for me to buy a polish and do my nails myself than to go to the salon once so even if I rarely wore the color, I felt validated.

Although the next thing you know, you have a few hundred polishes.  Heh.  Welcome to the club!

For the BOGO, I got Natty, Kristen, Dove, Reece, America, and Gwin. SO excited. They should be here Tuesday! but while we're speaking of polishes, I'd like to show you what I picked up at Urban Outffiters today:

Sea Dust from Urban Outfitters. It is a near-dupe for Deborah Lippman Mermaid's dream. I do not have the Lippmann to compare, but upon looking online, it looks like the Lippmann has a more foil iridescent sheen in natural light, and the little sequin thingers are more teal-blue. As far as the finish, the Urban Outfitters looks more polished upon drying, whereas the Lippmann looks more rough. Overall it is really beautiful, and so worth the $5.00 for $1, $8.00 for 2 price tag when the Lippmann is $18.00, though I do see enough of a difference to just get the Lippmann if you truly like it and can justify spending $18.00 on polish, which i think is laughable.

I went away for the weekend and came home to my new polishes.  I love what I got!  I did a mani/pedi with Adina right away and have gotten so many complements already today.  I can't wait for another deal like this to come.  They sent the pamphlet with all their colors so now I have a list!
