Massage therapist, definitely. Half the fun of looking pretty is doing it myself, IMO. But it's a little hard to reach those wonerfully tense shoulder-blade muscles myself! Besides, I went to school for MT, and we had to receive a min. of 1 massage/week! (Oh, darn!
) So I know how truly helpful they are as a long-term health benefit, and boy can I tell the difference when I'm not getting them!!
