What hair colour...

I'm curious to know what hair colour everyone would most like to have. Let's imagine that damage through dying or any other drawbacks were not an issue. What hair colour would you desire to have the most?

I wonder because most of my friends seem to buy into the whole 'blondes have more fun' thing and I wanted to know if it really is the case that most people wish they were blonde. I myself have had moments of wanting to go blonde but I've never considered it seriously. I always saw dark hair as being more alluring.

What are your thoughts?

Or irish red hair, lets say my hair just a little bit lighter and bright

I'm totally with you Vesna on the dark hair, i love black hair, my hair is naturally black but i dye it black with some shades of blue, i think dark hair looks so nice and sexy, im so over the blonde hair now, i used to dye my hair blonde, at some point it was so blonde it was almost white lol, so over it though.

A beautiful medium golden brown. My hair is a medium brown but the gold tones always turn auburn grrr!

I've always been drawn to black hair.

I consider my hair black but others have told me otherwise.

I also like rich chocolatey brown hair. I would love to dye

my hair a nice brown like the ones below, but I'll rather not

take the risk in damaging my hair even further.

All hair colors, each are beautiful. I have super dark brown hair, and I love it. Any other color wouldn't go correctly with my skin tone.

I'm one of those girls who doesn't like blond hair. I wore a blond wig once and everyone thought I looked great - but I don't think so. I like dark colours. If I could dye my hair any colour without any kind of set back, I would experiment with dark colours; blue, purple, and different shades of browns and red - all dark colours, except black. I don't like black. lol. Of course, I love my natural hair colour and wouldn't dye my hair even if it didn't damage my hair.

i love the look of long, dark hair. medium to rich browns & even black shades look purty!! i'm a blonde & i've tried dying my hair darker but it doesn't look right with my complexion/eyebrows..seems like you always want what you can't have!! grrr

It's nice to see that there's such a variety in what people prefer. That's what I was pretty much hoping to hear. For me, black or very dark brown hair will always be my favourite but I think it very much depends on how the hair colour looks with your eyes, skin etc.

i love black hair, but i'm afraid i'd look too much pale with it. i love my current chestnut hair, i'd like it with more ginger highlights.

and i definitely want some electric blue streaks

I go from black to blonde atleast once a year but I can't say I had more fun being blonde. Seems everyone likes my hair dark too. I also agree that it's more exotic, sultry, and sexy.
