Wanting curly hair! advice needed.

my hair is dyed but i dont dye it often enough. Its a slightly redder color than my natural hair color so it doesnt look back once its grown out. Last time i dyed it, it was november.

my hair is a weird wavy textured type of thing. when left to dry by its self, it looks like i have bed head. If i put product in it and scrunch, i have loose, messy waves. I usually blow dry it straight and hot iron it ever now and then. I have longer bangs.

My hair looks a lot like this when i put product in it and let it dry naturally.



I want a perm to have nice curls like this.



Im kind of scared to do this, so any advice is appreciated. this is me on a good day, do you think itd look good? Im not TOO sure on the cut i want, but i dont want it too short. at the moment, i have 3 layers and my hair is slightly past my shoulders and i do indeed have thick hair.

I think that perm and wave style would be to harsh on your hair, maybe go for a perm but one for soft waves? x

anyone know of a different way to make my hair curly with out having to use a curling iron it every day? (it takes me about an hour to curl all of my hair.)

I went to a salon and the stylist wouldnt recommend doing it to my hair since i had bleached hi lights last summer.

Maybe braid the hair at night then in the mourning you should have some waves. x
