Does Ulta only do the 10x points one day per year?

I think they have - at least last year, I remember them doing it once in August, too.

I get that they want to keep sales under wraps because of competition but I would have saved for the x10 points if I knew it was going to happen. Now I'm just miffed that I wasn't able to place an order.

As best as I can remember it is only about 1x per year.  Like another person said they may do it 2x but I cannot remember  as I never get to participate.  

I tried to put together a $50 cart and stuff I wanted was sold out or not available, so I figured I was trying too hard and didn't buy anything.  Just not in a makeup shopping mood lately, which is good for my wallet!  When the UD Basics 2 hits Sephora/Ulta I will be making a purchase so I can use ebates!

This is my first year at Platinum, and I don't expect it to be my last. I'm figuring out how to maximize the benefits going forward.

GREAT PLAN!  Hmmm...something I need to think about.  My problem is I get the impulse to BUY and I lo-lo-love my makeup collection!  if I live to be 100 I won't use all my stuff (and yes I did find out the hard way that makeup doesn't actually last that long LOL) but I look, touch, rearrange every day!  It's a new hobby for me!  Another problem of mine is the first 'deal' I see, I jump on it...I do not always consider ebates (just started that a month ago or so, but still forget 99% of the time) or other discount websites or even amazon.  I've been at Ulta with the sole purpose of using my coupon before it expires, shopped til I dropped, and left feeling super happy, only to find out later I didn't use my coupon.  I do that more often than not!

I used ebates and got my ebates credit. I finally got my points today. It looks like the right amount. I wish I had ordered more. I really didn't think it through. I should have figured out what I needed to get to the next big level. My order should be here Saturday. I think everything shipped.

I used ebates but i'm very new and haven't earned enough to do anything with my earnings yet.  For some reason when I placed those 6 orders on that other beauty online retailer a couple of weeks ago, only one of the orders picked up the ebates rebate.   I don't really know how to do anything other than click and shop!  No rewards yet! Hahaha!  Which is a REAL PISSER considering the money I've spent this year.

They credit my account?  Like my bank account that I used to make my purchase with?  Or my credit card?  I don't recall giving ebates my bank info...Thank you for posting this...going there RIGHT NOW! to see what I need to do! LOL!

So the email says I received this because I'm platinum, and there is an 'activate now' button that links me to Ulta's website, I don't see that carried over in the image.  The page I am trying to get to isn't available, but the email just came this morning.
