To cut my hair or not? please help!

If you think you're ready, go for it. That is the most amazing haircut. As long as you have a good stylist who knows how to tweak, it works for almost everyone.

I cut my hair exactly like that a few years ago and I loved it but regretted it and missed my long hair. I think you'd be able to pull it off and it'd look real cute on you. However, if you are at all hesitant then stick with your long locks :-D
