Is there anyway to increase the diameter of the hair strands? I have not only thin hair but also very fine hair. I started on my biotin again this week. Is there any product that even just temporarily fluffs up the strands and make them fat lol

Dyeing hair will swell out the hair shaft. Not sure if depositing a temporary colour will help but permanent dye and highlighting will help.

It hasn't been that long since I colored my hair, but I will definitely see if it helps next time

There are shampoos and conditioners and styling products that are made to increase "volume" or "body" of the hair. You could try some of those products as well as the hair dye.

Also, you might want to be careful to avoid products that will cause buildup and weigh down your hair as well.

Nioxin shampoo/conditioner will plump up your strands, and that line carries a thickening spray as well.
