This is totally bizarre...

What do you make of it Warpaint? Isn't this so strange? The more I look the more red flags are raised for me.

A lot of the pictures that Zadidoll posted are easily identified as GlossyBox. On the interior of the boxes you can see that Glossybox lined their boxes with their logos. It's a little hard to tell but this is what their logo/symbol looks like:
It is obviously a crown within a wax seal. You can see it if you're looking for it in the pictures of the sample boxes PoshPod put up.

Let me rephrase that: it is allowable under U.S. law for it to be a legal matter, but in my opinion it would be better to defend your company by good conduct, quality samples, and customer service.Anyone would be upset if their business is getting bad reviews, but that in no way makes it a legal matter.

I agree. You can sue for everything these days but in my opinion a business who rather make threats rather than work with people is destroying their own reputation.
Here's what I just don't get... We have a complaint thread here on MUT for people who have had bad experiences with GoGo Girlfriend, you don't see GGG coming around threatening us or our members. We have a complaint thread on MyGlam, where some people have even outright stated MyGlam is a scam, you don't see MyGlam making threats. In fact they're willing to listen to subscribers to improve their business. So exactly why is Posh Pod making those threats? Because people are questioning the legitimacy of the products she/they claims she'll/they'll be sending out. Why are they questioning the legitimacy of the products? Because the images she/they posted are of other companies boxes and/or some of the images the items look to be counterfeit (the Chanel palettes where the applicators are not embossed like Chanel applicators) as well as her comment that designers don't want photos of authenticate products to be used (which to me is a misrepresentation of the company).
