You should post that cleansing routine with the green tea (I saw it on the Joppa Mineral Board). I actually found that interesting, and I am going to try it!

I put honey in my green tea. Helps take that harsh taste away....I love my green tea!

As for the bags as toner....yes you can do that. It will not turn your face any tinge of color. I've done this before, and never had any troubles.

I read somewhere online, mix green tea &rice together to make a mask. Its suppose to be good for the skin.I'll have to look to see where i seen that.

Can you explain this? I drink Green Tea every morning. I use water out of the coffee maker at work.

I've been drinking tea for years so i love the taste w/o sugar or anything. BUT am I over cooking it?

I drink green tea without sugar or anything too and I love the taste. The key is to use water that has from 65 to 80 degrees C which is 150-175 degrees Fahrenheit.

HTH!

Is there any particular brand that tastes ok? I tried some at the health and herb shop and it's a challenge to down. Thanks, Lee.

thanks! i drink green tea i have to add some splenda tho i dont like the taste too much ...i also heard white tea ( basically the same as green tea) is even better for u then green tea cause the leaves are plucked when the plant is young ( its in my mom's mag. organic style or life ...organic something)

I can't help you with the brands; but, are you sure you're making it properly? You might be keeping the tea in the water for too long. You only have to keep it in for 2 to 3 minutes; longer than that, it starts getting bitter.
