My esthetician did a mild TCA peel and when she rubbed by face with her towel she used the same towel to rub my lips. I have mild burning, very dry lips with slight not obvious discoloration on the upper lip. Will this be permanent?
It shouldn't be permanent. There is the small chance it could leave a permanent scar but depending on how much damage was done in the first place the chance of it leaving that permanent scar is remote.
