Taping one's face to reduce lines.

Seems to be working a bit. Question: Can this reduce elasticity in the skin over time?

I can't validate or invalidate whether or not it works but I can say that putting tape on your face might not be the best idea. I would think contact with the tape adhesive would irritate your skin.
