Is there something I can put on a synthetic hairpiece to keep it from tangling so bad while wearing it??

It makes my hairpieces less frizzy looking. The lady at Sallys Beauty told me to use woolite. After washing, gently comb them out and let them air dry. Mine aren't frizzy or tangle at all.
