My order still says warehouse which is good, but I didn't find this disclaimer in their FAQs: LAKERS20, LAKERS30, LAKERS40, LAKERS50 expire 4/17/2013 at 2:00 PM PST. ^^^ I wonder if they mean stop allowing the promotion code to be used, or cancel the order. The wording is kind of vague, IMO.

Currently lakers30, 40, and 50 still aren't working, so I wonder if that was them invoking the right to cancel a promotion code at any time.

Sounds to me like they'll be canceling all the orders, based on:

I read through their FAQ section shortly after placing my order and don't remember seeing that.  Hmm...

Yes, but the LAKERS code for 25% off still works, I just checked it. It seems like they just got rid of the other promos that were for a higher discount. They only chose to end those ones right after the glitch was discovered, or the code just *coincidentally* expired right when orders started coming in.

It seems like they added that entire section AFTER they discovered the glitch (also following what ashleyanner noticed)

I glanced through it shortly after I ordered and don't recall seeing anything bolded about the lakers code. I remember because I wanted to know what the various shipment statuses meant.

 
If they didn't post it until after we ordered then it's part of the TOS we agreed to. I hope they just honor the orders.

I totally agree. I'm not expecting to get my stuff at all, having read that.

 
Someone just posted this on the slickdeals forum: Attention those who got the double discount, . I talked to stila customer service. It was a glitch, but they are going to honor it

niceeeee. maybe this means i'll have to buy a few products directly from their site in the future (just as a little thank you, you know, i normally buy my makeup on sale elsewhere)

The charges for each of my orders have disappeared from my bank account.  Do they usually charge when they ship?  Maybe they cancelled both of my orders...oops...haha.
