Split ends

i was in the mall and seen 2 ladys from the regis salon

and asked them why is my hair frizzy and looks the way it does and she told me i have split ends

i dont use curling irons or straighterner or dye my hair so i dont understand this what cause this

is there certian shampoos conditoners i can use to fix this? or anything ?

Split ends can happen by even putting your hair up in a bun or just brushing it. You cant fix them so just go for a hair cut and have all the ends trimmed! then you will be split end free lol.

A haircut can solve your problem no doubt, but another thing you can do is rub jojoba oil on your ends before you go to bed and rinse it out in the morning. That's what I use just because it's around, but you can use all kinds of oils.

There is only one way - cut it. You impossible to "glue together" yout split ends

Cut only few cm and then use repairing cosmetics.

the only thing u can do to get rid of split ends is to trim your hair

yeah, a good trim is the best thing to do. and a deep conditioning treatment or a repairing treatment 1-2 week isn't a bad idea either. i like vo5 hot oil treatments.
