Im 25 ive always look after my skin in terms of moisturising and cleansing but I never really understood how important a high spf was, my foundation is spf 15 but I'm wanting something stronger because I'm thinking about trying a retinol cream ( a little nervous ) I've looked at avene and la Roche posay they do spf 50 moisturisers and sprays that have good reviews, any recs or advice on sun protection and retinol products would be greatly appreciated I'm out of my depth!
