Exfoliation is one of the best things that has happened to my skin. I wish I knew earlier. I only started doing it (with Epidermx microdermabrasion from goldportbeauty, which I learned from this board) only about half of a year ago. The changes to my skin have been amazing.

I swear by exfoliation too, especially since I have crazy oily skin. I use a glycolic moisturizer every night (8% glycolic acid) and use a SPF 30 sunscreen during the day. Also exfoliate my body once a week.
