I'm a believer in holistic approach or full cycle anti-aging regimen.

I think I already explained here that mine is a full cycle of acid peel (a strong peel) once a month, mild acid peel if I need a "touch up" or general maintenance when I see fine lines re-appearing, a nigthly scrubbing of loofa and mild soap and finally a touch of Positively Flawless Stem Cell Serum in aloe to nourish and keep healthy the exposed new skin.

My question is, what other regimen works for you?   A friend, at about my same age (ouch, 60s), seems to have a shorter life cycle for her facial skin.  Meaning, after using the strong peel (btw, we both use Perfect Image with their full line of strong, mild and weak acid peels), her wrinkles will re-appear in just a week or so despite following the same routine that I'm doing.  I hesitate (err, strongly adviced) her on a more frequent use of strong acid peel since I know that with the kind of pain she is having, it's already eating into her healthy and live facial skin cells.

Or to be more specific, are there some of you who have in-between regimen that she might use or do to extend the cycle to approximate mine (which I think is my own "sweet spot").

I introduced her into my "secret" and now feel obligated (happy to do so though) to sustain the good results she have had.

Sun damage is one of the main causes behind dry skin, wrinkles, and roughness. You can help prevent that damage by wearing a broad-spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen year-round and dressing right. In cool weather,be sure to dress in layers to prevent overheating and perspiring excessively; both can irritate the skin.
