at least once everyday.

i just have to no matter how tired i am. i feel like i'd be contaminating my soft bed sheets if i went on it dirty!

Once a day unless I work out or I've spent the whole day outside and it's hot.

I usually shower twice a day -- in the morning and in the evening, post-workout. On days that I don't work out, I often take a nice, relaxing bath instead of the second shower.

Like some of you, I don't wash my hair every single day, though.
