I can't wait for my order to arrive today! I woke up way early but I'm too excited to go back to sleep. I don't have anyone to hide my makeup from. Maybe someday I will lol

Yes I don't tell my husband when I buy something I don't need. I paid part cash and part card for the Aqualillies Palette the other day. He saw me using it with a brush set I took from my mom (new in box 2 years old, I am stealing her light up mirror next!) and he asked is that new and I said yes the brushes are new.

In my defense he has said in the past "Don't  tell me when you buy something. I don't want to know!"

That's hilarious. My husband will call and tell me some package came and when I ask what it is he just tells me he doesn't know. He is not paying too much attention to it and now that he got used to the glossybox coming in (more or less, depending on their shipping) frequently, I am thinking about adding another subscription. But Sephora boxes are my favorite.

Hahaha, I hide it if I can. As much as possible, I don't want him to see the frequent USPS/FedEx/UPS boxes.
M husband works at home, so I'd have no way of keeping things from him. Luckily, he has a lot of collections so he gets more packages than me anyway!

I commend all the understanding husbands and boyfriends in the world! yaaaay!

My bf just gave me a ride to school and we passed a UPS truck, he made a comment abt how the UPS guy probably wonders what happened to me. When he gets home there will b a sticker on the door.

I second that, I love my hubby he supports my addictions all he asks is that I use what I buy which is very reasonable.

I'm thankful that my FI also likes skincare stuff and cologne, so he goes to sephora quite often (for a man) I think he picked me up something when he was in there earlier today!!!  And he always uses my BI account so i get points, I made sure he had the chic week coupon on hand in case he needed to purchase anything this time too!!

Yay for more points!

My bf is so not into stuff. He just buys the same moisturizer (from the drugstore) and the same hair stuff (from the salon/barber) over and over again. I try to give him some hair stuff/skincare samples from Sephora (the manly ones, of course), but he's just plain uninterested.

Haha I do! But all my packages have to be left in our apartment office so I can't just get home first, he ends up getting the mail more often than me. Him and my mailman make fun of all my boxes. :-(

I just have to share that my Sephora order was delivered today - my fiance just text me: "Did you have a girl named Sophora (ahh the spelling lol) boxed up and delivered to the house? Because she's here. Should I let her out of the box?"

So at least he has a sense of humor about all these beauty boxes and Sephora items being delivered. He does sometimes give me a bit of the

my bf is unable to keep his mouth shut...he's all like: you have so much and you only have 10 fingers(usually np is the rant)...I tell him I know his point of view and understand it, but don't want to hear it anymore lol

My fiance always comes with me when I go to Sephora or Ulta.  I ask him if he wants to browse jcpenney or B&N while I shop and he's like nope.  He plays words with friends when I'm testing out products, haha.

Thankfully he doesn't judge me over my excessive beauty products.  I do have a wall of lipsticks in my room.  Yes, a wall, lol.

...i want to see this wall.

my boyfriend likes to "drop me off" there on his way to barnes and noble! sometimes he does come in to help color match me if its too busy or give opinions on this or that shade of whatever. he doesn't judge me -- its my money anyway! i'm very grateful for his color matching skills. the joys of being in a committed relationship with someone who went to art school and loves color theory!

I made this little black dress hanger thingie that's made for jewelry and turned it into a lipstick holder.  It has tons of pockets so I separate them by brand.  I live in an underground basement so my ceiling isn't that high.  It goes somewhat from near the top of the ceiling to arm's length at the side of my bed.  I think I need those lipstick holders similar to the ones at the MAC counter for example, lol

Ah, but there are 365 days to a year.  You can't wear the same thing every single day.  I've had limited success in framing it as a hobby.  Dude, you want a bookcase full of graphic novels?  Okay, I want a box full of colors for my lips/eyes/nails/etc.  You want to play World of Warcraft all weekend?  I want to change my nail color five times in one day.  How many different beers can you possibly want to try?  I get that many eyeliners.  No, they are *not* all the same color.  This one is periwinkle, this one is navy, this one is cobalt, this one is cobalt with glitter, and this one is cobalt with shimmer.  Fine, one eyeliner, and you get to pick it?  One beer, and *I* get to pick it.  Budweiser still makes Chelada, right?  (Note:  This one only works if you are dealing with a beer snob.)  (Yes, I run with beer-obsessive nerds.)

(This can sometimes backfire, though.  My sister-in-law announced she wanted another tattoo and that she would take the money out of the fund for their their new/second car.  My brother's reply?  At first, it was an instant no because he loves to sock money away, but then he realized she was talking about the *car* fund, and he is actively against getting a new/second car, so he was all for her spending that money on a new tattoo so they would go just that much longer without a new/second car.)
