Okay I just checked the fine print (when you go to the screen that lists your code) and it' just says the *code* stops working at the end of October. I know someone mentioned this, I wish I had their information! It makes sense that the points would only last for a month (and they've done this before) but I can't find any proof this is how it is.  "Promotion code expires 10/31/2014 at 11:59 p.m. PT

BTW this is what it says in the fine print about getting the different codes. For those of you having a hard time, maybe try during a less busy time?

150 Beauty Insider Points (value depends on how points are redeemed; 15:100 odds), or a deluxe sample with a purchase of $25 USD or more (value varies, min $1 to max $12; 75:100 odds). Chances of receiving a particular promo code depend on when entrant plays relative to other participants.

Anyway I just won these codes for y'all:

150 pt Codes:

MBVU2Z6QK3AM

MBKJ79DW9JE7

MBD3BPTY326D

Wow I really can't find where someone else mentioned that... I hope I didn't make it up in my head that one day I was so tired...

I just got to VIB status. I know, welcome to 10 years ago...so I got the 10% discount and free shipping discount and the complementary makeover. Question, is the makeover worth it? I'd love to get one and check out what's new for fall now that I've a Sephora walking distance from my office.

Think back, was it worth it (I know you pros probably became VIB's like a million years ago)?
I made VIB this year, and the makeovers in store that are not done by a Sephora Beauty Advisor are hit and miss in my opinion. I wouldn't test it at lunchtime and expect your face to be flawless for the afternoon...I'd stop by after work and not expect anything...then you are not disappointed! But if your daring and try on your lunch hour, make sure the person you get has their own makeup done well...seriously...I've got pics that reinforce this statement!!!!

We would forgive you if you had made it all up anyway.
Forgive me! I think it might have been in another thread because I can't find where someone first mentioned that the odds of getting the 150pt code were 15 to 100 and the 10% code were 10 to 100, and I didn't make that up!

This code may already be on here somewhere.  But, we move like lightening speed around here and my memory is only good for about a half hour.

Code: LASHLOVE
2 Free deluxe Dior samples with orders of $25 or more.

+ 8.0% Cash Back on Ebates

Remember the Memory Game codes are not good with other promotion codes.  So bummed out when I placed my order this week.  I wanted the points and a promo gift.  :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

What!? You live in SD then! Haha, I haven't been to the Otay one in years (I mostly shop online or go to Fashion Valley).
Yes I do live in SD!  I usually go to UTC since it is closest to my house but was in the South Bay!  Not to hijack the thread too much but there is a group of us SD MUT people that  get together for wine, food and cupcakes and swapping from time to time...

And on the Sephora stuffs.  Still no 10% off coupon for me but I did get a 150 point first day.  Saddest part is there is nothing I want to buy!  I guess that is a good thing….But I am all shopped out after Vice 3, Lorac Mega Pro, Give Me more lip and the Tamanna palette from Anastasia!

Haha, that was me but it's also on the front of the sephoralove.com website:

So the beauty points shouldn't expire, but Sephora might end up doing something to everyone if they're unhappy about the 150pt rack up situation. The codes expire at the end of the month, but I don't believe the points do.

Argh I really want that Dior perk. Do ya'll think its worth it? I'm debating whether to blow all my points on that or keep hoarding them in hopes of 100 point minis in December again.

Thank you @ I'm so bad at going back through posts to find something (it's like I go blind) but I knew I wasn't going crazy with the odds thing!

I'm also worried they'll do something, not just because we've been using the codes more than we're supposed to (no regrets though) and because in the past when they've had point games/giveaways the points were always temporary. I'm not worried about it because I always have way more points than I need, but i would be bummed if everyone lost all their points because Sephora put their foot down haha.  I would get the point perks you want though and just hope for the best.

So I need help!

I want to get my boyfriend's mom a birthday gift!

What should I get her?

She's early 50's, blonde, and doesn't wear that much makeup, but what do u guys suggest? :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I need help, forgot her bday is Friday!

I can't quote your post because my work browser is weird, @, but I sprung for the Dior perk yesterday, so my vote is yes! It was the perfume that sold me, that stuff is awesome.

Hi ladies. A report was made that someone was posting affiliate links to Sephora. I checked and at first thought the member was indeed sharing affiliate links until I took a closer look. Any link you post to Sephora will automatically change to a Linkshare MUT affiliate account. It is an affiliate account owned by MakeupTalk which pays to keep the site running for free. Sorry about the confusion.
