I had gotten one 150 point "code" but the code didn't show up and it was never emailed.. great huh.. ;/ 

Honestly I think it's totally random, I play on my computer and get them like crazy, my boyfriend played on his mobile and didn't get ANY the first ONE HUNDRED tries. But last night he got four in a row, 2 online and 2 on his phone. You just have to be patient. I do it while watching tv. I've probably gotten 40 total and given away 30 of them.

I just got to VIB status.  I know, welcome to 10 years ago...so I got the 10% discount and free shipping discount and the complementary makeover.  Question, is the makeover worth it?  I'd love to get one and check out what's new for fall now that I've a Sephora walking distance from my office.

Think back, was it worth it (I know you pros probably became VIB's like a million years ago)?

I think it's worth it to be VIB simply because we have access to things after VIBR but before everyone else. So sometimes that's nice when there's something you really want during the big sale weeks in spring and winter.

I had an amazing Sephora CS experience today.  I went the store to exchange KVD lipstick in Sexer.  In my quest to own all the hot pink lippies I had a full size and the new baby one from the set.  Since I had not used my full size one and I was past the 60 day return time I exchanged it for Bauhau5.  

Even though I did not buy anything the employee gave me (with out my asking cause had she asked I would have declined) 4 good size foils!  I never go to this Sephora since it is super far from where I live but I was in the area for work.

I saw on Instagram (and regrammed it because the cast member is doing a giveaway haha) that it'll be similar to last year where you have to get a coupon or a code or something from a cast member and not some mass % off

Otay Ranch in CV!  I had such a great time shopping there today!  Went to DSW, VS, Coach and enjoyed all the smells from the Farmer's market.  It has been YEARS since I have been to that mall!  I forgot how much I enjoyed it, it just takes so long to get there with all the stop lights!

What is with them canceling so many orders?!  I have made $1 orders, $5 orders, $10 orders...and they are all getting canceled!  They aren't even being made in a one after the other time frame.  I am seriously getting frustrated because I want the Dior perk, and they keep canceling my orders!  As a VIB rouge, I'm seriously getting angry!  Let my damn orders go through...you state free shipping regardless of order amount, honor that.

How many have you made and do the orders have one of the codes (150pt especially) when you check out? If you use that code more than once a day they're going to get cancelled. Other than that they shouldn't be.
