Are the original Hourglass Ambient Powders not all the same consistency?  Or different than they are now? 

I have an original compact of the Radiant color, but was never thrilled with it.  It looked too powdery and had chunks of gold glitter stuff in it, wasn't very smooth, and made me look overly red/pink. 

Tonight I just picked up the Ambient powder palette though, and the radiant color is fantastic!  No glitter stuff, smooth and blends in nicely.  Just wondering if one or the other is a fluke in consistency or if the formula changed etc? 

Bye bye to the old radiant compact, that's for sure!

I bough Ethereal Light when it was first released and I don't notice any difference in formula from the ones in the Powder palette that I bought a week or two ago. But I never looked at Radiant Light, so I couldn't say - maybe that particular one was changed? It sounds terrible the way you describe it!

So I want to ask.  I know Sephora has points with the beauty insider card but I rarely shop there, so I want to know, does Sephora ever have gift with purchases, such as, if you spend $100 you get a certain gift?  I like to take advantage and buy at those times!

Online I know you can get bonus gifts with fragrance purchases, but I can't remember Sephora doing a GWP event, like say Nordstrom's or Neiman Marcus might. Occasionally there will be free gifts for BI/VIB/Rouge, but they are pretty small, consisting usually of just little packets of samples.  If you're Rouge you might be lucky enough to score a pretty good free gift, but I've only seen one or two ladies mention those.

For any decent gifts you have to redeem points, so they aren't really "free".

No, but you have promo codes you can use every time you spend $25.

'm going to make another run to the Sephora tomorrow, and apparently there are even more Ariel mirrors than the ones I saw! (I might pick up one for myself then /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> ) Additionally, they were "like 50" Cinderella palettes left, even though I saw only 7... so.... requests? I JUST FOUND 1 LAST ARIEL MIRROR AT SEPHORA! MY LIFE IS COMPLETE!

By the way, I bought Vice 3. Seeing it in the store made me drool. I had a bunch of stuff from Sephora that I had won at a baby shower, none of it was up my alley so I returned it and got the palette and mirror for $12. It was a great shopping day. I also met this really lovely women there and we couldn't stop talking, I actually think we annoyed the cast members. So, all in all it was a great Sephora trip.

No problem! The game was fun the first 3 times but the skip button definitely helps save a lot of time if you're looking for a particular code!

I have to play! I saw the button right away, but the thrill of the chase is heightened by game play.
