So I thought I'd share with you all...I went to Sephora twice...TWICE I say...and both times I had GREAT service!  I couldn't believe it was the same place I have been before!  The staff were all so friendly and helpful!  So...I went the second time to see if it was real...you know...to see if they really meant it or if there was something happening (like a VP in the area and they thought they needed to behave) but both times I had stellar service.  Ahhhh...it was really so nice to feel like it was ok to be there, not like I was putting anyone out or anything.  Just sharing my great experience...Lord knows you've heard my icky ones! /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  My only remaining issue is my incorrect item in my online order. I keep forgetting to call before it gets too late.  FYI - I  heard that if you call the VIB Rouge concierge line you get SF Sephora employees and they are really nice and understanding...I don't remember where I heard that, it may have been on here or on Beauty Talk.

I NEED this lip set!!!!!! Sephora finally heard us and didn't put out a set of only reds and baby pinks this time! I think there's only 1 or 2 in this entire set that I wouldn't wear (the Too Faced La Creme and the Laura Mercier Lip Glace), and I already have the Hourglass and Stila but love both, and other than that everything else looks like it would get a lot of love.

I'm a goner for the lip set. I'm glad I didn't redeem for the MUFE lipliner, as it looks like this set the same one. Now I'm just trying to figure out which code to use. I'm bummed that the bareMinerals lipstick is a dupe for the one in the VIBSHOW set. Does anyone have any opinions on Shiseido Ultimune? It looks like a nice sized sample.

Darn I have that 10% too and didn't use it, that's what happens when you shop in a self-made frenzy  /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I agree though, the colors this year are way better, I think there's only like 2 colors that I wouldn't use which is pretty impressive! Last year I gave away like 6 of the colors at least.

I got the Shiseido sample from birchbox and LOVED it. Ordered the full size already
